Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Connect+ game and this website (the “Service”), provided by Rashid Mohamad. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Connect+ for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, circumvent security or ad mechanisms, generate invalid ad traffic, or use it in violation of any law. The Service is intended for players aged 10 and over; younger children should use it with a parent or guardian.
3. Display names and player conduct
If you join the optional global leaderboard, you may keep the random nickname you are given or choose your own display name, which is shown to other players. You are responsible for the name you choose.
Please do not use your real name. The leaderboard is meant to be played under a nickname. When other players see your name it is shown partially masked (for example, Ab***yz), but it is still published, so treat it as public.
You agree not to choose a name that is obscene, hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening, or unlawful; that impersonates another person or suggests an affiliation you do not have; that advertises a product or a website; or that contains personal information about you or anyone else.
Names are limited to 3–20 characters using letters, numbers, spaces and the characters . _ - ', and are screened by an automated filter before they are accepted. That filter is best-effort and not foolproof. We may remove or reset any display name, and may remove a leaderboard entry or withdraw leaderboard access, at our discretion and without notice, where we consider a name — or a score — to breach these Terms. Scores are reported by the app on your device, so we also reserve that right where a score appears not to have been genuinely played.
If you see a name you believe breaches these Terms, please contact us and we will review it. Connect+ is played by children, so we act on these reports promptly.
4. Ads and “connects”
Connect+ is free and supported by optional rewarded ads. Connects — the in-game currency you earn by scoring or by watching a rewarded ad, and spend on hints — have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or discontinued. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by Rashid Mohamad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. See our Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashid Mohamad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
