Quick fixes
- My progress disappeared: progress is saved per device and per browser. Clearing storage or switching browsers starts fresh.
- No ad appears when I tap “earn hints”: ads need a connection and aren’t always available; try again shortly.
- Sound isn’t playing: check the in-game Sound toggle and your device’s mute/volume.
- The game won’t load in my browser: update to a current browser version and refresh.
