Most questions are answered in our FAQ. If you’re stuck, here are quick fixes and how to reach a human.

Quick fixes

  • My progress disappeared: progress is saved per device and per browser. Clearing storage or switching browsers starts fresh.
  • No ad appears when I tap “earn hints”: ads need a connection and aren’t always available; try again shortly.
  • Sound isn’t playing: check the in-game Sound toggle and your device’s mute/volume.
  • The game won’t load in my browser: update to a current browser version and refresh.
